Unless the weather is poor, we ask that team tents be placed on the grass in the green space. Do not setup tents on 140 Street. Emergency services and sponsors will be using this area.
License check & sign-in will open at 08:30 at ABA tent set up near the porta-potties. This is the blue section of the green space in the Google Map.
A $10 fee will be charged for replacement numbers (bring cash).
License check and sign-in will end 20 minutes before your category’s race start time.
Refer to the Start Times section above.
Two jersey numbers and a frame plate.
Number placement on the jersey is on the right shoulder and lower back.
The wheel pit is located west of the finish area. It is a rider’s responsibility to supply their own wheels identified with a race number. We will have a marshal in the pit making sure that wheels are checked in/out accordingly. Remember that wheels are NOT neutral, you must only take a wheel with your race number on it.
Do not forget to grab your wheels at the end of the race.
An ambulance and several paramedics will be on the course. The nearest hospital is the Misericordia Community Hospital.
Please be patient while officials and organizers talley the points to determine race winners.
Criterium podium presentations will be held shortly after the race ends at the podium area located near the ABA tents and sign in.
Prizing will be determined after registration closes.
This event will be part of the Alberta Provincial Road Series with series and upgrade points available according to the ABA Points Schedule B:
