Emergency Response Plan - Rolly View

This document is for all volunteers and officials of the road race and individual time trial in the Rolly View/Leduc County area.

What To Expect During An Incident

Emergencies and incidents may occur during the race. In the event of an incident please do your best to prevent any escalation and then immediately report the incident to race officials and/or race organizers.

You may use the race radio or your cell phone to call in an incident if you are unable to signal visually.

Aaron Paramedic is on site and can be called to respond to remote incidents or simply be made aware that an injured individual(s) is making their way to the paramedic area.

Important Contacts

Not all marshals will have race radios therefore these phone numbers will be made available to all volunteers prior to beginning their shift.

Nearest Hospital

An ambulance and several paramedics will be on the course. Organizers, lead officials, and paramedics will call 911 in the event of a serious injury.

The nearest hospital is the Leduc Community Hospital.
